Florian Wirtz is a German attacking midfielder born on 3 May 2003 in Pulheim. He joined Bayer Leverkusen from Köln's academy at just 17 and has become one of the best young players in world football. He was central to Leverkusen's unbeaten Bundesliga title in 2023-24. He later joined Liverpool. He represents Germany internationally.
