Millwall Football Club has officially announced the signing of forward Tairyk Arconte from French second division side Rodez. The transfer fee for the 22-year-old Guadeloupe international remains undisclosed.

Impressive Track Record

During the previous season, Arconte made a significant impact in Ligue 2, netting 14 goals in 32 appearances. Notably, 13 of those goals were scored while he was with Rodez, a club he rejoined after a stint at Pau. This marks his second tenure with Rodez, having previously played for the team on loan while he was contracted to Brest.

Millwall's director of football, Steve Gallen, emphasized the need for patience as Arconte adapts to his new environment. He acknowledged that the forward is making a substantial transition, moving to a different league, country, and language.
