Just six minutes later, Kelleher made a crucial save to deny City a second goal. After Doku intercepted a pass from Kristoffer Ajer, he set up Phil Foden, but Kelleher was alert to the danger. City continued to press, and Haaland soon added a second goal, scrambling it in from close range. In stoppage time, Marmoush capped off the evening with a third goal, sealing a comprehensive win for the title contenders.
