Jeff Ekhator has officially signed with Juventus, marking a significant addition to the team's roster. The young talent is expected to make an impact in the Serie A.

Juventus has officially announced the signing of forward Jeff Ekhator from Genoa. The young striker has committed to a long-term contract with the Bianconeri, which will keep him at the club until 30 June 2031.

Career Progression at Genoa

Born in Genoa in November 2006, Ekhator's football journey began at the age of eight when he joined Genoa’s youth academy. He progressed through the ranks and made his Serie A debut in August 2024. By October of the same year, he had scored his first goal in Italy's top flight. During his time with Genoa, Ekhator made a total of 57 appearances across Serie A and the Italian Cup, netting five goals.

Recognized Talent

Ekhator's achievements highlight his consistency and talent, as he is the only player born in 2006 to have made at least 50 appearances in Serie A over the past two seasons. Additionally, among Italian players in Europe’s top five leagues and their second tiers, he stands out as the youngest to reach this milestone. His skills have also been acknowledged at the international level, as he debuted for the senior Italian national team on 7 June, providing a crucial assist in a match against Greece.

With his move to Juventus, Ekhator embarks on an exciting new chapter in his career. Welcome to Juventus, Jeff!
