Adelaide United has officially revealed its new home kit for the upcoming 2026/27 A-League season, drawing inspiration from the iconic Palm House located in the Adelaide Botanic Garden. This design aims to highlight the club's strong ties to the city and its rich heritage.

Design Inspired by Local Landmark

The new kit reflects the unique architecture of the historic Palm House, which has been a cherished part of Adelaide's landscape for nearly 150 years. Imported from Bremen, Germany in 1875 and designed by architect Gustav Runge, the Victorian glasshouse is notable for its advanced construction techniques and is considered the only one of its kind still in existence. The shirt's sleeve pattern echoes the repeating iron framework and glass panels of the Palm House, integrating a significant local landmark into the identity of the Reds.

Emphasizing State Pride

The home kit prominently features the state colors of red, blue, and yellow, reinforcing the club's connection to South Australia. This color palette is woven throughout the design, linking the modern shirt to Adelaide United's visual history since its inception. Continuing its collaboration with Mega Rewards, the logo will once again be displayed on the front of the shirt.
