Hoffenheim bring in Adam Daghim from RB Salzburg | Bundesliga

Hoffenheim has completed the signing of midfielder Adam Daghim from RB Salzburg. The move aims to strengthen their lineup for the upcoming Bundesliga campaign.

Hoffenheim has officially announced the signing of Danish forward Adam Daghim from Red Bull Salzburg on a permanent basis.

Transfer Details

Daghim, who joined Salzburg as a teenager, spent three years with the Austrian club. During his time there, he had a loan spell with feeder club Liefering in the 2023/24 season and gained Bundesliga experience while playing for Wolfsburg last season.

Player Potential

Hoffenheim's sporting director, Andreas Schicker, expressed confidence in Daghim's abilities, stating, "Adam is a young, talented player and, with his skills and tremendous pace, was the obvious choice for the profile we were looking for." At just 20 years old, Daghim is seen as a player with significant potential, already having gained international experience with Denmark and familiarity with the Bundesliga from his time at Wolfsburg, where he scored twice in 27 appearances.

Looking Ahead

Daghim, who made his senior debut for Denmark earlier this year, has signed a long-term contract with Hoffenheim. He is eager to make his competitive debut in the DFB Cup on August 22, when Hoffenheim faces Erzgebirge Aue. "I'm really looking forward to my time at Hoffenheim. I know what opportunities this club in particular offers young players in terms of development," Daghim commented, emphasizing his commitment to contributing to the team's success.
