Galatasaray has secured the signing of Batrakov from Lokomotiv Moscow on a five-year deal, enhancing their roster as they prepare for the new season.

Galatasaray has officially signed attacking midfielder Aleksei Batrakov from Lokomotiv Moscow on a five-year contract, as announced by the club on Thursday. This move marks a significant addition to the Turkish Super Lig champions' squad.

Transfer Details

The transfer fee for Batrakov is reported to be €25 million (approximately $29.1 million). Additionally, Lokomotiv Moscow will receive 15% of any profit from a future sale of the player. Under the terms of the contract, Batrakov is set to earn a guaranteed net salary of €3.25 million per season, spanning from the 2026-27 season through to the 2030-31 season.

Batrakov arrived at Istanbul's Atatürk Airport earlier on Thursday, traveling from Moscow with his family. Upon his arrival, he was greeted by Galatasaray officials and enthusiastic supporters before departing in a private vehicle.

Notably, Batrakov becomes the first Russian player to join Galatasaray in the club's 121-year history.
