Newcastle United has finalized the signing of Ivory Coast winger Bazoumana Toure from Bundesliga club Hoffenheim for a fee of £42 million. This acquisition marks the Magpies' second first-team signing of the summer transfer window, following the addition of goalkeeper Ewen Jaouen last month.
