The 31-year-old midfielder brings a wealth of experience to the club after a successful tenure in Bavaria, where he won seven Bundesliga titles, three German Cups, and the 2020 Champions League.

Goretzka becomes the eighth player to join Aston Villa this summer, alongside new midfielders Johan Manzambi and João Gomes, as well as other signings including Zion Suzuki, Matteo Ruggeri, and Alejandro Garnacho.
