Since joining Bournemouth from Bristol City in 2023, Scott faced challenges early in his Premier League career due to injuries, including an MCL issue and a meniscus injury. However, following his return to full fitness, he has emerged as one of the league's most promising midfield talents. This season, Bournemouth has climbed to sixth in the Premier League standings, achieving a historic European qualification after an impressive second half of the campaign, during which they have gone 17 matches unbeaten—the longest unbeaten streak in Europe’s top five leagues this season.

Scott has played a pivotal role in Bournemouth's resurgence, consistently contributing to the midfield under manager Andoni Iraola. The 22-year-old has participated in all 37 Premier League matches this season, scoring crucial goals in 2–1 victories against Arsenal and Newcastle United last month.
