Anthony Gordon has officially joined Barcelona from Newcastle United in a transfer valued at over £69 million, marking a significant move for the England forward. The 25-year-old expressed his long-held dream of playing for the Spanish giants, a desire he has harbored since he was just three years old.

Gordon, who signed a contract with Barcelona that runs until 2031, underwent a medical examination with the club on Thursday. Following some delays related to paperwork, he was finally presented at the Spotify Nou Camp on Friday. "I was excited to play for Barca since I was three years of age," he stated, emphasizing his childhood aspiration.
